My latest project is a set of tools to test networking issues.  It always happens as an IT Pro we need to have non IT folks run tests at a moment we can't remote into their computer (ie At another client, it's your 90 year old Gramda, or something else).  Network Testing Tools to the rescue!  Advailable for free on my site by clicking here.  It is a simple .exe installer that once complete rusn the tests and automatically creates one file on the users desktop that they can attach via e-mail and send to you.  IN the folder created on the desktop there is an uninstaller to quickly remote everything.
